Refund & Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. You may request the cancellation of any order that has not yet been sent. If the order has already been sent, the request for cancellation will be considered as a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the “Right of withdrawal” section.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All products purchased at Volkmarkt may be returned and refunded, provided you inform us of your intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the products and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.

Volkmarkt will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
2. The shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it has been received to protect the product. For the case that can not be done with the protective box with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box in order that the product arrives at the store of Volkmarkt with the maximum possible guarantees.
3. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the products returned are marked as such.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The return will be made before 30 days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be made by the same mode of payment used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer.

You will assume the cost and risk of returning the products to us as indicated above. This provision does not affect the rights recognised to the consumer by current legislation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If you did not receive the product, at all, within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) please contact us at [email protected] We will then issue a refund or resend the product to you on your request.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery or the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, you must contact us immediately by means of our contact form or by writing to [email protected] providing the data of the product as well as the damage it suffers. In some cases we may ask you to send us a picture of the damage.

Once we have received the notification, we will contact you to inform you about how to proceed. After Volkmarkt resolves your claim positively, you may choose to change and resend the defective product (s), or cancel the order and get the amount paid reimbursed.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers, where the Law refers to the “nature of the good” as a corrective factor of the general regulation or as interpretive criterion.

Volkmarkt is responsible for the lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years for those products that have a “durable” nature and have been used in a reasonable manner.

For consumable goods that guarantee will be extinguished once the products or services have been consumed or the expiration date has been exceeded.

In the case of lack of conformity, you must inform us immediately from the moment you become aware of the defect, by sending an email to [email protected] indicating your details, the number of your purchase invoice and the anomaly detected.

In the case of a defect in the products sold at arrival, Volkmarkt will assume the return costs. For any question or request for information, you can contact the Customer Service by email at [email protected]

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Volkmarkt will attend your request as soon as possible and, in any case, before the deadline of one month. In case your request is not resolved satisfactorily, you can go to the courts and tribunals indicated below.

Applicable Law and jurisdiction

These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit their claims for the resolution of conflicts to the Spanish courts and tribunals.
